In the basket, when you have chosen your scripts, click Checkout.
to take you to the next screen.  On that screen, you enter your shipping type, and whether you are in California or elsewhere.  On the next screens you enter your address, credit card info and that's it.

Note: The site should remember your address information between visits to our site. It's a nice feature, so you don't have to enter your information every time.

For our foreign customers, you'll notice on the top right of the page  it says select your currency.  This shows you the price in any currency you choose.  You still will pay in US dollars, but it lets you see what you are paying.
